Never a trained ape when you need one

So I had to put the lock in myself. It went pretty smoothly, and now my wife feels more secure, so it was worth it.

Of course, last night's experience leads me to the fact that the top item on my Christmas list has suddenly become a new rechargeable drill. The one I've got, though it's served me faithfully for years, no longer seems to hold a charge for more than about ten minutes at a time. So keep that in mind, folks, if you're inclined to buy me power tools. :)
