This is a little behind, I suppose, but I've been busy with non-blogging pursuits, and the time I have budgeted just doesn't allow me to do everything I'd like.
01/20/2007 - The view from my front door.
Now, many of my friends are from up north...Colorado, New York, Minnesota, various Canadian provinces. They get snow as a matter of course, and the 8 or 9 inches we got isn't really a big deal for them.
I live in the Texas Panhandle. We get snow sometimes, but it's usually not a tremendous amount and it's generally not a big deal. It doesn't fall like this a lot, so for me, there was a great deal of consternation. I don't much like snow. My wife, on the other hand, really likes snow, at least in the abstract. This occasionally causes some conflict between us, but it's generally easy to settle that with a mug of cocoa on the couch.
I guess I'm posting this because it's just a little unusual, and because I've been so quiet of late.

When have we faught about snow? I remember discussing snow. You are going have to start telling me when we are having "conflict" so I don't miss out.
ROTFLMAO.
Great shot. I wish we were getting snow like that this year... Seems like it's all being sent down south this year :(
