My little tree hugger at The Rose Garden


The Modest List has a list of clothing retailers that specialise in non-frumpy Modest clothing. I like the little girls dresses at The Shabby Apple. I haven't had a chance to look at all of them.
Out of the mouth of the babe' for this weekend. Miss B. was starting to get a little fussy on Saturday after several minutes in the car. Patrick reached back and patted her leg. She grabbed his arm and said "oh, Yes, Daddy Kime'n (climbing)." We both laughed over her excitement. "is that your favorite?" "Zats white!" I guess daddy climbing is a lot like rock climbing...but we won't let her propel down.

We had a busy Saturday. we went to the Amarillo botanical gardens. Which was lovely. Patrick took more pictures than I did. I let Miss B. out of her stroller and spent half of the time making sure she didn't step on one flower to smell the others. I think she got hot because the next day Patrick and I didn't get to go to the new Indiana Jones movie with some of our friends. She had really dark circles around her eyes. She was cold and clammy. And her Cough we thought she had conquered kept her up most of the night.
