Good Morning Breakfast Burrito!Today she is wearing a new dress. On the front, Pooh and Piglet.
Mommy: Look B, Pooh and Piglet.
Miss B: Oh, Yes, na na na na Na, Ah soom Cewl!
I am not sure where she gets "ah soom" My husband is a "child" of the eighties, so maybe him. She gets "cewl" from me.
My mother-in-law, said that Patrick would go "ga ga ga ga ga" to fill in the places he thought other words should be. He knew there should be lots of words to carry on a conversation. So Maybe Miss B is doing the same thing with "na na na."
When Miss B wakes up in the morning our conversation goes like this.
Mommy: Good Morning Sweet Girl.
Miss B:(with a big smile) Hi Mommy.
Mommy: How are you?
Miss B: Weel, na na na na. , Milk.
Mommy: You want milk?
Miss B: Yes, please, na na na na.
Usually she then stands up and holds her arm out to be picked up. I then take her to change her diaper, after which she reaches for her milk in it magic place where Daddy hides it because Mommy will stand in the fridge until she gets frustrated and calls Daddy asking, "Where is her cup?"
I am very low functioning until 10 am. My poor family. I used to be grouchy also but how can you be grouchy when such a sweet happy smile greets you. Then the smile is followed by a lovely hug. I love mornings now. I still can't function, Maybe I need a better B12.
