Any ideas on how to kick this all day sickness? I can't stand sour things, ginger gives me heart burn which then makes me ill (see the evil circle?), And protein doesn't even touch it...I know it could be over without any help soon. And it might be getting better now in that I am not sick all day every day now...some times I get a half of day off. Any ideas would be very much appreciated. thank you

Starchy foods. Try potatoes (not fried), oatmeal, bananas, corn...Basically anything yellow or white.
Sorry...I don't know a thing about morning or all day sickness. I don't even know any old wives tales about it. Ask Melinda.
