Good News, Bad News

Bad News: Brontë's outgrown her favorite dress. This distressed her no end.

Good News: We had an ultrasound today, and the baby is healthy. Both kidneys are there and appear healthy (a big concern for us, considering the problems that Brontë's had with hers). So do the brain and heart.

Bad News: The whole family has the crud to one degree or another.

Good News: It's a boy. :) We're officially on the hunt for names now; if you have something you like, feel free to drop us a comment!

Names we're considering, in no particular order: Barrett, Duncan, Sawyer, Joseph, Edward, Björn, Fritz, Leopold, Hans, Johannes, Ian, Christopher, Seamus, and Noah. Others are pending. We're clearly having a bit of an identity crisis with this one....

Here's a picture of the little guy. Do you think he has my chin?

My best is Barrett. I think Edward would be a right middle name. After all, Old Dad, Leo and the daddy all have Edward in the middle. We have no Joseph in the family at all that I can think of. Joseph of the Bible was a pretty nice guy and would be a name he could strive to be worthy of. I like Noah. Joseph and Edward sound nice together. That may well be your chin, and a nice Goodman chin it is. I'm glad you got your boy. All those boy germs Tiffany was collecting seem to have done the trick. Now you can relax and know you can't improve.

For boys I love Finn, Jasper, Dante, Loki, Oliver, Holden, Dorian, Oscar and Parson. My all time favorite is Lysander. I also really enjoy the names on your list! I'm so jealous. I so want to name babies...I just don't want to have one. So glad that everything is looking good and that you'll have a boy to go with your girl!
