Well homeschooling starts this year...ok it never stops, but I am going to work harder to think of things for miss b to do, because she gets bored. I am thinking of sticking post it notes around the house with the name of that object on it. Hopefully some of the words will become recognizable. I am also going to encourage her to read to me more. I have taken "unschooling" a bit more serious. But I don't like the name "unschooling" I prefer "child lead learning." Right now Miss B is interested in dinosaurs. So I am going to check out books and movies with dinosaurs, go to the museum, etc. Until she decides she's interested in something else. She is also interested in dragons and unicorns.
Miss B has been doing very good this week on re-potty training. She has had a few accidents.
Once when asked why "Because it is beautiful."
"But it's poop!" her daddy exclaimed.
"Poop can be beautiful, too." So that is a bit of a strange problem.
Sam has being doing a few tricks.He has a wonderful smile, even has a dimple. He can hold his head up. He can roll from his back to either side. He seems to be teething, which is a bit early for my side but may be perfect for Patrick's. Miss B is most impressed with his bubble blowing.

Maybe Sam is teething, but my kids didn't for several more months. About Miss B and her schooling, I think it is good to go at her rate. Just remember to rehearse all the things she has learned as little kids have a tendency to forget stuff...but you knew that.
