Does anybody even read over here?

Because that would just be dandy if not. Not that I would mind really but when one is having a nervous breakdown The audience can get very uncomfortable. They don't always understand that a metamorphosis isn't always pretty. They try to tell you that you're fine just the way you are, when obviously that isn't working out so well for you. I Turned 35 at the end of September. So this could be "Just" a birthday breakdown. I feel like I am about to crawl out of my skin. Like A beautiful butterfly is hidden in this sad brown cocoon.
