Saturday, in an amazing turn of events, Sam let go of the side of the playpen, turned 180 degrees and ran to the other side. This was followed by much laughter and many more rounds of speed walking. Sunday he proved that this was no fluke and preformed his new trick at his cousin's birthday party in front of an audience. It is a good thing that his aunt's Chihuahuas are very very mild mannered as they were what he aimed for. He was rewarded with many doggy kisses and Mommy giving him a partial bath in the sink. He enjoyed the doggy kisses but the bath... not so much. He doesn't understand why Mommy would think that he needed his face and hands washed when it was obvious that they had just been licked clean.
