A self-portrait

I think Babycakes is teething. Her gums are soft but there is a tiny sharp knot under them. I have tried to put oral gel on it but now her tongue is numb. I don't think I got anywhere near the sore spot. Oh well!
Okay "art" for today...a 3 year old picture of me when I care enough to be upset about my first wrinkle...Now one would be nice, but oh well. I am almost 32 years old. I wake up every couple of hours to check the baby's breathing. I should have a few fine lines and gray hair. I have earned them!
ear up date: I have an appointment with specialist Friday. I am getting tired of everything sounding like I am hearing it from one of those cheap walkytalky thingies.
After visiting the doctor 2 times I am hearing better...walkytalky's are way better than trying to hear threw(sic) brick walls.
Patrick is on vacation. Yeah! It has thrown my schedule into a tail spin. Spending time with him is what matters. I'll catch up on cleaning next week, this week we are taking it easy and playing tourist and visiting local spots. We went to the Cadillac
ranch. Went for a walk at medipark and WT. May go to the Panhandle Plains museum, The floating Mesa, Palo Duro Canyon, Any other Ideas would be helpful. We carry the baby in a snuggly, I put sun screen and a hat on her. The hat is so cute when she wears it...She likes to eat the string. I'll try to get a photo to put up.

Come to my concert on Thursday! It's free and free is always good. You can even bring babycakes... they have a cry room. There are two concerts... one at 3 p.m. and one at 4 p.m. You can choose either... and it's at Northen Hall. (Next to the new big event center being built across from what used to be Walmart.) It would be great if you could make it.
You can come to Lubbock. There are letterboxes here I checked...we could have indian food...oooohhh...ahhh...
