Winter...The Long Lost Season.

Hello All,
This week has been not so interesting. I still haven't got a new sour dough starter crock.
About 2 weeks ago Bronte had an Allergic reaction to eggs, So we had to put off her 1 year check up. They were wanting to give her a shot that was grown in eggs. I had to take her yesterday to get that, only after she took some Benadryl. Fortunately she had no adverse reactions. They did weigh her 2 weeks ago. She weighed 18.2 lb and was 28.5 inches long. She is a little below average length, but skinny, as she has always been. Her head is bigger than average. A bit like a bobble head!
I also had an appointment yesterday, with the Harrington Cancer Center. I found a lump in one of my breasts about 10 months ago. I went to see them at the time, and they were farely sure it was fine. I wasn't nearly as concerned as my doctor. Yesterday they took some more test and basically cleared me. Yeah!
Okay, on to the title! Am I the only person in this area who wishes we would have a normal winter. I would love to have a little snow, so I can drink some cocoa. Drinking cocoa in 60 degree weather isn't an all atmospheric.
