This one starts with a couple of older shots I meant to put up weeks ago, but didn't for whatever reason (I was probably distracted by a shiny object of some sort). The other three in this one are recent pics of the bambina walking and generally being her irresistable self.

The Goodman family Christmas tree, 2006 model. This was really the first tree I've put up in most of my life since leaving home; the 2005 tree was pretty sad but we were a little distracted working on that one.

Mother and daughter, Christmas 2006. Brontë is, of course, cute as can be, but this is (I think) a really nice shot of Tiff. If I'd been a little faster on the draw, I might have gotten a little more of her face into the shot as well, but I was distracted. It happens. :)

While not technically her first steps, this is a good shot of some of her earliest ones.

"Oh, look! A hole under that fence! I wonder what could be there! I should go investigate, now that I can walk...."

Brontë Goodman, kung-fu master.
