doll redo

My doll is getting a redo because my daughter spilled water on her and didn't clean it up. This was after she decided to "help" with her paint job. So I went and bought some acrylics. The colors aren't as vivid but the paint seals the doll and she is a tiny little bit less likely to be damaged. She just doesn't seem right to me now. But I am going to finish her then I'll decide what is wrong.
With some help for my Memaw I've decided that While I bought a Zucchini plant I was sold a squash. She informed me that there is no way I would have to wait this long for the silly things to turn green. My mystery squash is in fact a zucchini but I didn't give it a big enough spot so they will be very tiny. There is one there now...already green. I am learning SOOOOOO much. And will know next time. I still could be sold a squash plant instead of zucchini because if there is a difference beside the fruit I don't see it. Now my spaghetti squash doesn't have that problem. It is very different! It has these twisty tentacle things that attach to sticks or sting and will grow up. If it ever gets fruit(gourds?) they might have to be supported. I put them in the wrong place as well.
I pulled up my broccoli yesterday. I might just leave it bare there for now. And be a strange squash farmer this year. Those things need space. Maybe they will back off from my beans and peppers and go that way. Okay wishful thinking.
I also harvested enough basil for "the cook" to make chicken pesto spaghetti. It was Delicious. I haven't been doing my share of cooking.
Horrible house wife! I am more like the governess. Nooo, not stern enough for that. Okay I am like some crazy aunt who spends all her time gardening, making dolls, entertaining kids and watching the same movies(Alice in Wonderland in french and Amelie when the kids are in quiet time) over and over. I have to go. It is past time for my playmates to wake up.

Edit: Miss B chose a sign language dvd instead of Alice(woop)! The reason We watch Alice in french is because the songs are less likely to get stuck in my head making me battier than normal and plus the kids might just learn something. It is too late for me spoken language wise. I have tried and nothing has stuck. I have learned sign language but that might be because it is visual...maybe?
Edit#2: At this Size there is a difference in the leaves of the squash plants but not at the beginning. They were all very similar.
